Information
This took place in a professional academic environment and was inspired by nature and the four elements: air, fire, earth, and water. It is designed to evoke and explore the importance of these fundamental forces in life; food, and specifically in baking.
Using Design Thinking, we crafted a concept that highlights the elemental forces—air, fire, earth, and water—through the lenses of design, food, and the art of baking.

Stout beer, water, artisan flour
Fermentation & Microorganism
They convert organic compounds (sugars and starches) into energy. through metabolic process, producing Alcohol, organic acids, and CO₂.
